Membership and Meetings
The Community Association comprises residents and ratepayers of Wagstaffe, Pretty Beach, Hardys Bay, Killcare and Killcare Heights and we are passionate about protecting everything good about the unique character of the Bouddi Peninsula – the environment, the village character and the sense of community. This passion is enshrined in the aims and objectives of our constitution.
Membership of the Association is open to all residents and ratepayers, over the age of 18, in Wagstaffe, Pretty Beach, Hardys Bay, Killcare & Killcare Heights. The membership fee is only $5 per person, per year (or $20 for 5 years). A Membership Application Form is available through the "Join Us" tab below, as well as on the rear of the monthly Talking Turkey newsletter.
Monthly meetings of the Association are held at Wagstaffe Community Hall from 7.30pm on the second Monday of each month (except in January & June). They last for one & a half to two hours, and cover various community matters. Sometimes we also have a guest speaker, and finish with convivial refreshments.
Our Annual General Meeting is held before the regular monthly meeting in July each year.
